1. What This Policy Covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Rapple International FZE, trading as AUXO Data Labs, uses cookies and similar technologies on auxodata.com.
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. What We Mean by Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use first-party cookies to run the site and, where similar browser-side storage is involved, we refer to these technologies together where that is the clearest explanation.
3. How Consent Works on This Site
We use Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics (GA4). With Google Consent Mode, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default: GA4 sets no analytics cookies until you accept through the cookie banner. Essential functionality needed for security or core preferences can still operate without consent.
- Accept: records your consent and loads analytics.
- Reject: records your choice and keeps analytics off.
You can reopen these controls through the Cookie Settings button in the footer.
4. Categories We Use
4.1 Strictly Necessary
These support core site operation, consent state, and security-related behavior. Without them, parts of the experience may not work as expected.
4.2 Preferences
These remember choices you make on the site, such as your saved consent selection, so the site behaves consistently on your next visit.
4.3 Analytics
These help us understand aggregate site usage and page engagement. They are optional and only intended to operate when you grant the relevant consent.
4.4 Marketing
We keep a marketing category in the consent interface for future expansion, but we do not knowingly activate marketing or advertising cookies on the public site as of June 10, 2026.
5. Current Cookie and Storage Declaration
| Identifier | Provider | Storage Type | Purpose | Typical Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
auxo_consent | AUXO Data Labs | Cookie | Stores your granted or denied analytics consent so the site knows whether to enable Google Analytics on later visits. | Up to 12 months | Strictly necessary |
_ga | Google Analytics | Cookie | Distinguishes visitors for aggregate analytics reporting when analytics is enabled. | Up to 2 years by default, subject to browser limits | Analytics |
_ga_* | Google Analytics | Cookie | Persists session and measurement state for GA4 when analytics is enabled. | Up to 2 years by default, subject to browser limits | Analytics |
This table reflects the tools we can verify from the current site code. If we materially change cookie usage, we will update this page and the consent flow.
6. Managing Cookies and Browser Storage
You can manage non-essential categories through our consent interface, and you can also clear cookies or local storage directly through your browser. Blocking storage entirely may affect features such as saved preferences or consent persistence.
7. Third-Party Tools and Cross-Border Processing
Some site functions rely on third-party services such as Google Analytics (loaded only after consent) or Google Calendar booking flows. Those services may process technical request data outside your country.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may change this policy when the site, our tooling, or legal requirements change. The last-updated date at the top of the page shows the current version.
