Scope. This notice covers auxodata.com, contact requests, cookie choices, and optional meeting scheduling. It does not govern client datasets processed under separate services agreements.

AUXO Data Labs is the trading name of Rapple International FZE, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For the personal data described in this notice, Rapple International FZE acts as the controller.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our public website, direct email contact, the website contact form, and the optional scheduling tools linked from the site.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

If you contact us or request a meeting, we may collect the information you choose to submit, including:

  • Identity and contact details: name, work email address, and company.
  • Inquiry details: subject line, message content, and any business context you include.
  • Scheduling details: meeting preferences or calendar information if you choose to book time with us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you browse the site, we may collect technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device characteristics, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate interaction timestamps, and aggregated engagement events.

Analytics storage remains disabled until you opt in through our cookie controls.

2.3 Information Stored on Your Device

The site also stores limited browser-side data to support core UX:

We use first-party cookies and local storage to run the site and, if you choose, to understand how the site is used. We load Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics (GA4). Using Google Consent Mode, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default, and analytics cookies are only set after you accept through the consent banner.

5. When We Share Data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only when needed to operate the site or respond to your request, including with:

  • Form delivery and email routing: infrastructure that delivers and routes website enquiries you submit through our contact form to our inbox or CRM.
  • Tag management and analytics providers: Google Tag Manager, which manages Google Analytics (GA4). Under Google Consent Mode, analytics storage is denied by default and GA4 cookies are set only after you give analytics consent.
  • Scheduling providers: Google Calendar booking flows if you choose to use them.
  • Infrastructure and security providers: vendors that support hosting, delivery, uptime, and abuse prevention.
  • Authorities or advisers: where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6. International Transfers

AUXO operates internationally and some service providers may process data outside your country. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate contractual, legal, or organisational safeguards for those transfers.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

  • Contact enquiries and correspondence: typically up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
  • Consent and preference storage: until you clear browser storage, change your settings, or the relevant item expires.
  • Legal or compliance records: longer where required for legitimate legal, accounting, or regulatory reasons.

8. Your Rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, to receive a copy of your data, to withdraw consent for optional analytics, and to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

California residents may also have rights relating to disclosure, correction, deletion, and non-discrimination. We do not state that we sell personal information, and we do not knowingly activate advertising cookies on this site at the time of this update.

This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the site.
