13. Separate Client Agreements

These Terms do not replace any master services agreement, statement of work, confidentiality agreement, or other contract signed between AUXO and a client. If there is a conflict, the signed client agreement controls.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
